The Heartsaver First Aid Training course provides basic first aid and safety skills, equipping individuals to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses. An Active Shooter - Hostile Event incident can happen anywhere and at anytime. In many cases, there is no pattern or method to the selection of victims in an ASHE incident – these situations are unpredictable and evolve quickly. This course covers the 3 main actions to take during an ASHE. These actions include Escape (Run), Isolate (Hide), and Engage (Fight).
This Occupational Health and Safety course provides basic awareness training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. The course also provides information regarding workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and filing a complaint. The 10-hour course is intended for entry level workers and the 30-hour course is intended for supervisors, foremen and managers.

CPR Certification & Renewal Courses
Our CPR classes use video-based, instructor-led training to help teach adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. This CPR training course will teach you to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on the way quickly, and help a person until more advanced care arrives to take over.

This course will provide an overview of the Guidelines for Preventing Violence in the Workplace and how to respond should it occur. This course presents an overview of ladder, scaffold and stairway safety. It will cover basic concepts, industry safety regulations and standards, responsibilities in the workplace, the hazards of working on and around ladders, scaffolds and stairways, different types of ladders and their intended uses, and hazard control measures to follow when you use a ladder, scaffold or stairway to accomplish job tasks in your workplace.
